Greetings All:
Spring is officially here and this was my first full day of hawkwatch here in Tlacotalpan. We´re off to a nice start with 618 raptors observed among 8 species.
hawkcount daily report
The good news for all of you hawk watch enthusiats in the US and Canada,
THE RAPTORS ARE HEADED NORTH AND SOON TO BE IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD!.
We had a wind from the south for most of the day, (which is not favorable for raptor migration). We shall see what "maƱana" brings.
Good birding,
