(above) the Papaloapan River full, and overflowing.......massive amounts of water passing through the river. This is the wetest fall in a many years. So far no serious flooding here in Tlacotalpan

Sunny all day...the afternoon, HOT 38 C max.
The wind was from the south (all day) not a favorable wind for raptor migration
